Great care is taken when your jewellery is packed so that it is safe and secure when you receive it. All jewellery items are placed in a gift bag and bubble wrapped and then sent in a padded bag or small box (whatever is appropriate).
Shipping
Each item is handmade when you order it and will be shipped with in 7 working days from your payment being processed.
All shipping cost are automated in the Check Out area of the Shopping Cart.
Our items are shipped with Australia Post. Postage cost are calculated by weight.
With in Australia
Orders are sent via standard shipping you can add express mail, and insurance which must be registered is included in price, at an extra cost.
Express mail satchels do not have insurance.
Please note if no insurance is requested on mail, there is no cover if your item goes missing after posting.
Overseas Orders
Orders are sent via standard Air Mail, you can add insurance if you wish at an extra cost.
Please note if no insurance is requested on mail, there is no cover if your item goes missing after posting.
Payment details
With in Australia
Payment can be made via Credit Card with Paypal, or via Bank Deposit details will be emailed to you in your conformation email after you have placed your order. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared into our bank account.
Overseas Orders
Payment is via Credit Card with Paypal only.
Returns
You can return the jewellery and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge within 7 days of receipt of your order. Jewellery must not of been worn.
Upon receiving your jewellery, if you are not satisfied, or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.
To return any jewellery, you must first please contact us immediately via email.
If you do wish to return your jewellery, we would appreciate hearing your reasons why, so that we can better our service or our product.
We will credit your account within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods and after they have been checked for damage and for signs of the jewellery being worn, if damaged then no refund will be given.
IMPORTANT: To receive a full refund, the jewellery must be received in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days (14 days if international) of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you are sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, returns will be accepted provided it is returned within 7 days of receiving it, and that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Returns are refunded less cost of postage, or if preferred you may receive a replacement or credit for future purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds/credits are only made when the goods have been returned. |
